Middleton Veterinary Services, a well-established private large animal practice with more than 35 years of service, is seeking an additional veterinarian to join our team.
About the Practice
- Established private large animal veterinary practice
- Currently staffed by three experienced large animal veterinarians

- Minimal government involvment
- Low driving distances and efficient service area
- Relaxed, sustainable on-call schedule shared among 3–4 veterinarians

Located in the heart of the Annapolis Valley:

- Approximately 1.5 hours from Halifax

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary in the $110,000 to $125,000 range, depending on experience and scheduling
- Group medical plan
- Veterinary association dues paid
- Continuing education allowance paid
- Well-supported and balanced workload, Dairy Beef, Horses Small Ruminants
Equipment & Resources
Each veterinarian is provided with:
- Their own veterinary truck
- Bowie Box
- Ultrasound unit
- Power float
- In-truck laptop
Additional practice equipment includes:
- Gastroscope
- Mobile digital radiology
- In-clinic blood chemistry analyzers (results in an hour)
- Modern diagnostic tools to support high-quality patient care
