CE Requirements for RVTs

Continuing Education

Beginning the 2022/2023 renewal year (next year), the NBVMA/EVTA CE requirements will be 30 hours accumulated over 2 years. This will allow RVTs more flexibility with regards to CE such as attending a big conference, being on parental/medical leave, etc.

The CE reporting period will be as follows:

For the 2022/2023 renewal year, the reporting window will be from June 1, 2020 – May 31, 2022
For the 2023/2024 renewal year, the reporting window will be from June 1, 2021 – May 31, 2023
For the 2024/2025 renewal year, the reporting window will be from June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2024
For the 2025/2026 renewal year, the reporting window will be from June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2025

Continuing education may be completed by any or all of the following activities:

Any activity not listed may be submitted to the Registrar for consideration as being valid CE and credit assigned.
