Who we are looking for!

• Are you a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in good standing and licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Canada?
• Are you bilingual? English and French are essential!
• Do you have a minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience?
• Are you outgoing & comfortable speaking in front of others?
• Do you have excellent communication skills?
• Do you believe in providing exceptional customer support?
• Are you willing to travel 40-50% of the time?
• Are you open to feedback, learning & growing with us?

What are the job duties?

  1. Demonstrating Professionalism and Expertise: Uphold professionalism and expertise in communication, collaboration, knowledge, and ethical conduct, thereby representing the organization positively.
  2. Technical Training and Support: Conduct engaging technical training sessions for sales, marketing, customer service, and key account teams to enhance their technical competence and messaging accuracy.
  3. Clarification of Technical Understanding: Provide timely clarification, information updates, technical support and in-field coaching to the sales team to validate and facilitate product adoption among customers.
  4. Timely Support for Customers: Respond promptly to inquiries regarding information and associated medical conditions, including support with extra-label use and product effectiveness.
  5. Development of Technical Documents: Research and highlight technical aspects of the product, ensuring compliance with marketing ethics.
  6. Collaboration Across Departments: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the development of accurate and relevant materials and campaigns.
  7. Building Relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Customers, and Colleagues: Foster relationships alongside sales and marketing teams with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers, colleagues, and students, collaborating on initiatives necessary to support product promotion, opportunities, and partnerships.
  8. Pharmacovigilance Management: Document, assess, and respond to adverse events and product complaints, ensuring personalized counselling on proper product usage and reporting of all issues.
  9. Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards governing veterinary pharmaceuticals.
  10. Other Assigned Duties: Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the company.
